These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eeselle.com and purchases from Eeselle LLC, a Texas business (“Eeselle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using Our Website

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or misuse another person’s information.

Products and Pricing

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and lighting. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change, but changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

Products marked Final Act, Last Chance, or clearance are final sale and are excluded from our standard return policy. This does not limit remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrect items or rights provided by law.

Orders and Payment

Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method before we fulfill your order.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, or a material pricing or listing error. If an error affects your order, we will contact you rather than charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

For order changes or cancellation requests, contact Customerservice@eeselle.com promptly. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are provided during checkout or in our shipping information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an address error, contact us promptly.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide cancellation or delay options as required by applicable law. Contact us if your package arrives damaged or appears lost so we can investigate and assist.

Returns and Refunds

We offer free returns on eligible items when requested within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags. Earrings and regularly priced or sale-priced items are eligible unless marked Final Act, Last Chance, or clearance.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after we receive and inspect the return.

We also refund original outbound shipping charges. For a partial return, we refund any original shipping charge attributable to the returned items.

Privacy and Shopify

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information when you visit or shop with us, including through Shopify Network Intelligence. These services may incorporate information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. Information may be processed by Shopify and other providers outside the United States.

Content owned by Eeselle, including our branding, original photographs, text, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party names, content, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website Availability and Consumer Rights

We work to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruptions and errors may occur.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
